Day 5 & 6 – Begin again.
Since lovingkindness meditation encourages us to be kind with ourselves, I didn’t beat myself up for not having posted yesterday.
I still sat for my 20 minutes yesterday and today. I just didn’t post about. What kept gnawing at me was wanting to post about some of the benefits of this kind of meditation:
Metta meditation promotes positive feelings like joy, trust, gratitude.
