David Blaine Is a Prat

Posted on November 25, 2006March 10, 2022 by romanagiulia

I don’t normally enjoy quoting other bloggers, who quote other things, but I do have to call attention to Geistweg’s latest. He quotes this in relation to sarcasm and wit. I am copying this quote because I think it’s so fitting and a good reminder of what the approaching season has become.

“…because the spirit of Christmas is nothing if not a sharp reminder to the world’s poor that however hard they work, their children will always be more thankful to the smug tit who made more money for their kids by spending a few hours twatting about on a gyroscope than they manage to scrape together in six months of back-breaking labour.”

To give this quote more context, please visit the article it came from here.

definition of prat: buttocks: the fleshy part of the human body that you sit on.
